Last week, Liva Haensel and the Hospital Partnerships Program hosted a webinar on the importance of building a project website and provided insights on how to do it effectively. The webinar was a great success and provided hospital partners with the knowledge and resources needed to build their own effective project websites.
We, the Nepal Stroke Project Team, are very proud, that our project’s website was presented as a flagship example by our project member Patrick Tunkl, who is also a professional IT consultant and social media expert (Tunkl.de). Patrick was thrilled to have the opportunity to present our website to the other hospital partners – and as a social media marketing expert, he is looking forward to seeing the positive impact that all the other hospital partners’ websites will have on the projects and the communities.
For us, the website has been a valuable tool in spreading awareness about the project and its goals. But also internal communication is facilitated when you have a common platform, where everyone can share their experiences.
The Nepal Stroke Project is grateful to Patrick for his expertise and the development of the website – and to Hospital Partnerships for the recognition of our website!
