A wonderful and exciting time in Nepal came to an end much too quickly. Arrived here in Germany we would like to report about our first Nurse- Workshop at the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan on December 2nd 2022.
23 nurses participated and showed great interest and commitment to the topic of stroke care. We are very grateful as a team to have met so many great, intelligent and inquisitive people.
The day before we were given a tour of the entire hospital and introduced to many leaders and staff.

On the day of the workshop, we started with the introduction of the Nepal Stroke Project and its team members. After that we presented Stroke Basics and at the end we showed the future of the project for the nurses and made contacts with the nurses to grow the Stroke Nurse Community.
We are very excited about the whole team of BPKIHS and see a lot of potential and knowledge background in each of you. Stay as you are, because only with you we can achieve something great.
